Heated/cooled seats and heated steering wheel stopped working

I'm in a 2012 Laramie with heated/ventilated front seats,heated steering wheel and heated back seats. A couple months ago everything started working pretty intermittently and now I have absolutely nothing. No front seats, no back and no steering wheel. I replaced the control module with the exact same part number but still nothing. I press the buttons and nothing happens. I'm out of ideas. The one weird thing is I have nothing plugged into port 6 as pictured here. I don't see a plug for it and I don't remember removing one from there but maybe that's something? Idk,I really don't want to take it to a dealer but I'm at a loss..
