Did you run for any diagnostic codes? Have you checked fuses to be sure they are not blown and are seated properly? Did you add or do anything before the problem started? Have you load-tested your battery to be sure it is holding amps properly? Last thing to do on this round is check your ground connections, clean and tighten them.
If all this is not an issue, you could also try disconnecting the battery for a out a half hour and then reconnect and go through 2-3 start/run/shutoff cycles of about a half hour of running/half hour turned off and see if things reset.
If none of this results in changes hopefully others have some ideas.
