Heated Drivers Seat Anomaly

Hi,
I'm having a strange issue with the heated seats in my 2017 RAM 2500, 6.7L.
If I have them set to auto turn on, when I try to turn them off, in the "Controls" it appears as though they turn of when I exit, but they don't actually turn off. When I go back into controls they are still indicating "on". When I turn off the auto on, it's the same thing in reverse. When I go to the Controls to turn them on, the icon turns red as though they are on, and the indicator on the main screen shows that they are on, but they don't produce any heat.

My 2016 bighorn automatically turns on drivers heated seat when the temp goes somewhere below 40 F . Passenger side has to be manually turned on. Any chance the outside temp is interfering with your attempt to change the settings.
