I'm looking to add heater to my truck seats. What brand do you recommend and why?
I've been looking at some from Rostra but I'm not sure they are worth more than some of the others that I see on eBay.
Any help I can get is greatly appreciated.

Does Mopar have a seat heater kit for our Rams?

Mopar says it is up to 2012. I've not been able to find anything from Mopar that says they have one for 2013 or 2014 models.

Chrysler minivans had a recall on the heated seats and supplied an almost complete kit to replace the elements. I bought one of these kits and two switches off eBay, haven't had a chance to install yet, but comes complete with module, harness and elements, add two switches and it's supposedly all set, just add 12v and a ground. Don't know how I'm going to mount the switches yet, once I do I'll take some pics and post the end result. probably going to be a few weeks before I get around to it, life always seems to get in the way..

See post #3 in this thread

Super interested in this. You should install this asap so it is slightly convenient for me. But really, do a write up with pictures! I'm mostly interested in the switches.

LOL, I was really, really hoping someone on here had an idea on the switches. they mount from behind, clip into the seat trim. I've looking for a 2 gang bezel, but haven't found on that fits yet. Also been looking at switches for other models, but having an issue finding wiring diagrams and pinouts. I'll eventually figure it out, probably right around the time summer is here again...

Would you mind posting the part number for the switches? Or do you have a link with the information on them such as dimensions?

The switch part # is 04685607AA. The block housing with my calipers, measured 1.585 x .985, I did't measure the ears or keyway on the side, figured I could shave them off if needed, here are a couple of pics

I want to add these to the rear seats and install the switches in the rear door panels (I have a full bench seat in the front no console to mount them to)
