Help me identify lift height on New to Me truck

Just purchased a 2011 1500 3 days ago & was told by a fellow Ram owner/co-worker that my truck was lifted by him looking at how the bottom of rear fender was 5-6" above centerline of rear axle.
Is this an accurate way to check if my truck had a lift kit installed by previous owner.
Sorry but I'm a newbie to lifting & don't know the first thing about what the components look like other than by browsing the lift kit web sites.

take a pic of the rear springs/axle area. Looking for blocks or spacers that may have been installed.
