Help Needed Axxess ASWC-1 - UConnect 5.0

I am currently installing an Alpine Halo9 ilx f258 in my 2013 Ram Big Horn. Has a Uconnect 5.0. I am pretty good to go with everything except two things.

1. I have never used Axxess ASWC-1 and when I type my information in on their website it does not give me wiring instructions. Does anyone know where I can find this or is there a how to?

2. The radio came with an orange with white stripe wire which I assume is the dimmer wire. Do I just hook that up to the Orange illumination wire? Thanks!

Also probably dumb question, but do I leave the wires from the Axxess ASWC-1 plugged in? I disconnect them out, right?

Does the alpine have a 3.5mm jack in the back for steering wheel controls?

Yes the orange/white is dimmer and connects to the orange wire

So itll basically be plug and play? All I will use is the red and black wire from the aswc-1?

Should be. You may have to "program" it. Just follow the instructions

Started a new forum but probably should have came here first since a lot of you guys have the alpine.
Quick question I have a 2013 uconnect 5.0 no alpine and I am connecting a halo9 up. I got everything I needed from crutchfield but I’m getting no power to my head unit. Did anyone else have a similar problem?

any ideas?
