Help please! Looking for CANADIAN PR39.7 update

Hello All,

Looking to update my Canadian (now in the US) 2019 Rebel to 39.7. I have the 12" headunit. I have had ZERO luck finding this file. The US version is not compatible. Can someone please be my hero?! LOL.
