So I purchased a Uconnect 5 model and a 12 inch screen from separate sellers on eBay... all work fine, but when I first booted up, I noticed that GPS wasn't working properly, location was correct, but there was no map. I noticed that my map file was for South America, so I updated that file successfully. Now the only option that I am missing is the HD radio. I can technically live without, I use Android Auto, but it bugs me that I don't have HD radio or Sirius for that matter. My truck originally had the 8.4 UC4c, so I had Nav and Sirius, Here is what my dealer screen info for reference. I was hoping that someone can answer a few questions for me. Does the missing firmware info next to HD turner mean I don't have the actual tuner or if it is a software issue, how would I go about adding it? Is it possible or am I out of luck? I was hoping someone like @Jimmy07 could help. I did try his file he posted in another thread as a long shot, but as he assumed, it didn't take.
