Well it wasn't too bad.
Gonna be a quick turnaround, should know by tomorrow. and start monday if I get it. the majority of my team interviewed for it so lots of competition, luckily I have the highest $$ collected and exceeds rating for my collection percentage too (my mid year performance rating was 5 out of 5) I really hate interviews, especially within the same team.
