High rev fixed...

So I have a 95 Dodge ram 1500 with the 5.9 l V8 and when I start it automatically starts out high revving I replaced the throttle positioning sensor and it still didn't fix it does anybody have any ideas as to what else it might be I could really use some help any suggestions would be very much appreciated

IAC (Idle air control) valve comes to mind. Back of the TB.
