There's a vendor on here that has them for $103. They have small pegs that are supposed to go into precut holes if your Ram came with the RAM on the tailgate. Otherwise you can just cut the small pegs off with a razor and the letters already have 3m tape so just stick then on.
I was going to buy them for my 3rd gen Tailgate but I traded that truck in before I could do it. I'm thinking about doing it with my 4th gen but I dunno...
