How lifted is my truck?

So I got a 06Dodge Ram 2500 Megacab 5.9 6speed recently
It’s lifted sitting on 37” tires

I need to replace rear shocks need to purchase according to the lift
how am I suppose to know how lifted it is?

Do you have any pics? Hard to tell without looking at it.

just a suggestion. look at the back to see if you have some blocks and if so measure those blocks and giving you idea of lift. Without looking at any pic I would suggest it has a 6 inch lift to fit 37s. Just spitballing

A 4" will fit 37's. Like he said, measure the blocks if possible

so I seen the block it has little leafs on top the blocks too do I measure those with it the block it self is 4inch

So the block is 4 inches and those leafs are 1 inch
