Oh yeah, need pictures!

Customer Service or more accurately the lack of, will do more damage to a business than bad parts. Look at Moe's, I like Bob and he knew a lot about 03's having had one himself. But he got overwhelmed and could nolonger support his customers. Bad mojo.....

Yeah...glad you cancelled the order if you really did...I would hate to see you get conned by him, or anybody for that matter.

When we are buying from online sources we are really at the mercy of the seller. I have a 94' Honda CB1000F was imported for two years, no parts available. Found a site in NJ said they had a set of headers in stock. I had checked around and knew the manufacturer of these headers in the UK hadn't made any for a year or more. so checked back and asked again if they had them in stock and was told they were. Paid $850 dollars on a credit card thinking I would have some protection against fraud. Got comfirmation of the sale. Nothing more was heard. Three weeks later started asking for my header and was told it was back ordered which didn't surprise me. Told them to refund my payment and notify me when the parts came in and I would buy them. Was sent a cancellation form to fill out requiring I pay 20% restocking fee and an additional fee if I challenged the bill through my bank. I went straight to my bank and after a two month battle I lost the fight. We negoiated to where I only paid the restocking fee for a part they said they had and didn't have plus couldn't get, and that was never shipped. Pure ******* fraud... So, morale of the story be very careful with online sellers.

I went through this on my son-inlaw's truck last year. To remove the TPS all that needs to be done is push the tire down at the stem area and remove it. The tire doesn't need to be removed or even rebalanced. Takes about four minutes to do.
