How to correctly change the 4 control arms, is there any adjustment? or just remove them and put the new ones in place?

Are they adjustable? I would adjust them to match the old ones before installing.

get an alignment when done

Mark where the old ones were with a paint pen or something similar. You want them in as close to the same position as the previous ones were, otherwise you'll be towing it to the alignment shop instead of driving it. Regardless it will need an alignment after.
Edit: make sure you have the suspension loaded before you do the final torquing or you can wear out the bushings prematurely.
