how to remove the center headrest from the back seat (Quad) 2107 laramie

I would like to remove the headrest that is in front of the window, so I can carry some lumber .
Is the a link on how to ?

It comes up like the others, it's just awkward. There are two buttons at the base of each post that need to be depressed to pull the headrest up. I think both buttons are on the right side of the posts as you face the back of the truck.

In my 19 classic they lasted all of one week in place. Hate the semi blocked view so pulled them.
I also carry long stuff (10ft) occasionally so they are taking up residence in the garage...lol
