The Story -
Purchased a 2018 Jeep Renegade in June of 2018. In October of 2018 the Uconnect fried the wiring harness. In January it did it again. April the Uconnect fried along with burning up my iphone. Then in June the third uconnect in the truck fried and took the wiring harness in the truck with it. The dealership lemon lawed the renegade out and applied the $8000 I had paid into the jeep towards a new 2019 Ram 1500 Express. I've been loving this truck every second so far.
I've added Westin Protraxx side steps, trifold tonneau cover, matched factory tint on front windows, switched all the bulbs on the front of the truck to LED with the help of Alfa OBD. Configured DRL to the parking lights with Alfa. Swapped the stock chrome quad headlights for AlphaRex black quad headlights. Added passenger footwell light.
Yesterday I picked up a 2018 premium 7" EVIC cluster and insalled it for $165 through a junkyard connection.
Near Future mod's: Aux switch from 4thgen, class iV hitch, mopar ITB controller.
With in the year: Rims, Tires, and leveling kit.
