I replaced the MAC with a single ATC several months ago. Everything was working perfectly until a couple days ago. Started getting the flashing rear defrost on start up. Did a code scan and got B11C8-92, right temp door control-performance or incorrect operation, and B11C9-00, right temp door travel too small. Problem is, I don't have a right (passenger) temp actuator. I verified in ALFA-OBD that the system in fact shows single zone auto AC. I tried a different AC module with the same result. Doing the AC actuator test in ALFA shows 5 doors, not 4, and the right temp door fails every time. Why is my system seeing a 5th door? Recap: AC fault for right temp door, vehicle doesn't have right temp door, tried AC module no help.

Ok, I did a workaround that fixed the issue. Got a used actuator from a junkyard, with the connector, and connected them to pins 3 and 4 on the AC module. Put some screws to mimic a 90 degree sweep, and now the AC is happy once again.
