Idea's: Next thing to do/add to my truck

So I have been doing things to my truck since I bought it over a year ago. Not looking to spend a lot but was wondering what else I could do. Not going bigger tires. Thought about doing the Bilstein 5100 leveling kit but would probably make my 265X70RX17's look like donuts after, so decided not to do the level. Below is a list of everything I have done, so far.

1. Flowmaster 50 series catback dual exhaust
2. K&N CAI
3. Tonneau Cover
4. Lift assist for tailgate
5. Runningboards
6. LED third brake/Cargo light
7. LED Spyder taillights
8. Bull Bar with 6" off road lights
9. Tailgate LED light strip/Bar
10. Changed out all interior bulbs to LED bulbs
11. Added a HEMI grille emblem
12. Going to be painting the engine cover this summer.

Explain to me what the Pedal Commander does please. Is it like a tuner?

The Pedal Commander is more tuner-like, yes.

I’m not a scientist or engineer, but from what I can surmise, it allows for a quicker throttle response by somehow “speeding up” the electrical impulses from the gas pedal to the TB and fuel system.

It’s magical.
