So, I like my truck. I'm not sure I like it as much as the '08 F-350 I sold for it but it is definitely better looking.
I thought I'd put together a comprehensive list (as of today) of things that really **** me off about it and see if any of y'all have the same issues.
- The under cab Clunk when going over pot holes
- POS HVAC. Too hot on passenger side, too cold on driver. Air flow will NEVER stop coming out of the defroster vents
- The crappy 'Alpine' stereo that I paid extra for
- More recalls than all my previous vehicles combined
- Dopey looking 'key' that sticks out of the dash about a foot
- Paint that scratches if you look at it wrong
- Body panels that dent if you breathe on them wrong
- Interior plastic panels that scuff (forever) if you touch them wrong
- 30k miles and it is picking up more and more creeks and groans from poorly fitted components
- Lack of aftermarket support for the 6.4L
Wow I about busted out laughing in the office when I read this. They do look better than the Fords for sure. Funny you say that about the paint, I was in the parking lot yesterday and I put about a one inch scratch from the bottom of my door on the fender of the car next to me. All of my paint came off and the camry is completely fine other than the white paint that needs to be buffed off from my truck.
