My 2014 1500 SLT did not come with the integrated electric brake, has anyone bought and installed an OEM one?

Yes it's very common upgrade, you just remove the cover In the dash were it goes pipe it in plug it in and then you have to go to the dealership to have it flashed. Btw I absolutely love mine

the install of the control module is a PAIN, the bracket has to get mounted up under the dash and gets screwed in from the radio side of the mounting area which has very little room to get access to...it can all be done though!

I installed it on my truck, it's an awesome feature to have. Its not a very hard install but the bracket will give you some trouble. Once it's in and added to your VIN it's worth it.

There's a few threads about it on this site, they have some tips on the install to help it go smoother.

Good Luck!

I bought the part off ebay for 175, it is an OEM part. Took me about an hour to do.. Then take it to the dealer and spent 60 bucks for them to flash... And they warrenty the part as well.
