Trailer Settings won’t undo

I have a 2018 1500 and recently installed an integrated trailer brake control module/switch(OEM parts). I’ve been having some issues with getting everything to function correctly with AlfaOBD but that is a different subject, kinda. My issue is, as part of troubleshooting, I attempted to undo the changes I made(trailer present, type, name and enabling ITBM) in AlfaOBD. After doing so, powering down and waiting well over five minutes, the trailer brake control disabled on my EVIC but the “Trailer” menu and options remain on my 8.4 Uconnect menu. Any ideas why this won’t undo?

Also, in case I’m asked, I’m using AlfaOBD on an Android tablet with a OBDLink MX and a security bypass cable has been installed. Haven’t had any other issues with other changes I have made. Just this damn trailer brake module.
