I have a 2017 Ram 1500 that has issues with the brake lights and dash panel intermittently blinking on and off. It starts towards evening and does it at night. Blinks or sometimes stays on for a minute or so. Everything is original except it has a toper on it. I have disconnected the topper third brake light panel. Still does it. Help!!
