Intermittent miss

I have a 1999 2wd V-10 that often will start to miss and kinda flutter and when you slowly push the accelerator down and the RPM gets to 3500 it takes off and runs perfect. also when it is missing at low RPM you can stomp the accelerator and it runs fine even at low Rpm for a short while. replaced throttle sensor, cam sensor and crank sensor, injectors, coil packs and plugs and plug wires. does not show any codes.

Does it have a mass airflow sensor? Try that one too. Unplug it first and run it, no sense dropping 75 bucks until you know.

no mass air flow sensor shown. I got desperate and unplugged the security relay and it runs fine most of the time. misses a little a few times briefly but very driveable now. does not totally make sense..

What plugs were used? Any oil burn?
