I have an ipod touch 1st Gen (The very first ipod Touch Made)

its the 8GB Model it was given to me as a gift but i HATE apple products so im sellin it

As far as i know it just needs Restored with iTunes...

Im not familiar with apple....u have to buy the music online....is it permanent purchases?

you dont have to buy the music....you can download other places or import music off of cds and such to itunes then to your ipod, itunes is also free
