Irregular stitching in same spot after dash replacement

Hi All, was hoping to get some confirmation from other owners to see if this is common with these models/trims. My 2026 2500 Laramie had the dash removed/re-installed to replace the instrument panel. When I got the truck back it had raised stitching on the top-hat above the instrument panel. It could easily be seen and wiggled when touched. The dealer just replaced the dash and the though the stiching is now more tight, it it still visible as seen in the second photo (windshield cover in place). The service tag has a new dash listed as a line item, and I was told it was replaced, but the issue looks similar. Any comments on this is appreciated.
