Is my truck leveled

I don't know much about leveling or lifting... But I imagine an easy way would be to use a tape measure to measure the wheel gap

Yeah measure the gaps front and rear. And take a pic of the truck from the side.

I asked because I know how easy it is to spot a spacer on a 2500/3500. I thought maybe I was looking right at a spacer and not realizing it. I will measure in the morning. 9CE2D5B9-DB0C-4F8D-BD89-8D6F86C68997_zpsqtyokafp.png here is the truck. It looks more level here then normal, perspective I believe.

its definitely not level that's for sure. But not quite stock either - it doesnt look like the front end came up but rather the rear came down

This picture to me is deceiving, it looks more level here than normal. Ill snap one tomorrow to see what yall think. And Ill measure too.

sounds good, these trucks look nose high when they are perfectly level - the top of the hood is higher than the box so it really throws you off

My truck is a quad cab and it is much higher in the rear. The crew cabs on the lot looked much more level than mine.
