Seems pretty enthusiastic about the truck being flawless.. I would be busting out questions like every other potential buyer. Personally think he was getting a feeler out there for his truck but that just imo which is not much. 10k is still great as i would be ecstatic to get 9k.

No harm in getting 2 trucks, but I never wanted any truck till I bought my first house. Back in 1994. Bought my 2nd home and came across lady Evil. Now I just need one of hose french maids who doesn't nind a mess So to speak. Potato flakes every where!!

I looked within 200 miles on my phone app for Craigslist and the only cummins that year is for 10,900 obo and has rust and 230,000 miles and a hour away

Look online within 500 miles, here in Oregon its not hard to find a 02 Cummins in good/great shape with less then 200,000 on it for under 10k, on that engine thats not bad milage you can easily get over 500k on them.
