Is this fuel line cover/attachment piece installed correctly?

I just picked up a new 2025 1500 Big Horn on Friday, and I was just looking checking out the underside when I noticed something odd. Along the drivers side frame rail is a small plastic piece that sticks below the rail, and then as it moves along the rail towards the rear it sits flush. My first thought was, this could easily get snagged on something, and upon further looking, it appears to be a part for the fuel line/system. Is this how it is supposed to look?

Just curious if I should be contacting the dealer and seeing if this needs to be "fixed".

I always like to do some due diligence before hand just in case this is a normal install on other folks trucks. Then I reach out. (If I was closer to the Dealer I would just run out there and start peeking under trucks on the lot :) )
