Just ordered my drop....

Ok I've NEVER had a lowered truck. It took me about 6 month to pull the trigger on this mod.
It's a Belltec 2/4 with the street proformer shocks from Moe's. Is there anything about this kit anyone can give me heads up on?

dont forget to cut the bumstop cups. i still havnt cut mine and it hits at every hard bump. another thing, if you are going to want to go lower than a 2/4 it would be the perfect time to cut the springs so you dont have to take everything apart again.

Thanks everybody! 2/4 is as low as I go, my stomics in knots now. I've never had a lowered truck before.
Sounds like weather permitting Exhuasted is going to help me install this Sunday. It is very nice to have people like him and everyone here to leaned and hand or some very usefull information.

Im getting the McGaughys Delux kit that comes with front spindles instead of springs im wondering if i can still cut the stock front springs to turn the 2/4 into a 3/5?

Check the for sale section, somebody had a set for sale, a lot cheaper than buying off the shelf.

Cullen17, You can cut the factory front springs to get the drop to 3" up front and cut the rear springs to get 4" out back.
