Anyone know anything about how these head units are? reviews? comments? suggestions?? Im planning on ordering a Kenwood DDx471HD for my 07 Ram. Or a DDx470. Has anyone had these units????

Hows the bluetooth operations? I have a samsung galaxy note 3. Im worried the bluetooth or other features might not work as well since im not an iphone user. What phone do you have?

I also have a Kentwood that has Bluetooth and have a galaxy S4 and the blue tooth works flawlessly.

I've had a KDC-348U for a few years and I love it. My only complaint about it is I have to format my USB sticks through their software to use it but it's not a big deal really.

That being said, I dunno that I'd buy Kenwood again after dealing with them over a dead amp. I bought one off Amazon, hooked it up properly myself and the thing died a month later due to some faulty soldering. Kenwood told me they wouldn't even consider warrantying it because I didn't buy it from an authorized retailed or have it professionally installed by an authorize Kenwood facility.

bluetooth works great for me.. had to turn down the volume settings in the deck as there was bad feed back.. once i fixed that works great. i put the mic above the drivers a-pillar by the visor not in the center like some people do.

one word of advice, have an idea of what you might install down the road figured out.. and pre run the wiring to the back of the HU. (amp RCA's, remote turn on wire, camera RCA's etc etc.. that way once the HU is in you dont have to remove it again) Just leave them all coiled up in the glove box or somewhere out of the way.

Or do what I did. I ran the rca's to the back and hid them under my storage tray. Still working on my audio build. No shp is willing to make a box just like what I want. They seem to just want to make a fast buck, and stick me with a box that will not work with my cvx's.

I'm running kicker cvr's in a cheap box and sounds great.

Nice, I just bought subs and an amp. Looking to replace the four door speakers also. any suggestions? Plus im a but confused on size. Crutchfield is saying 5.25 and 6x9's both fit my front doors, whats up with that lol. also what size is in the rear??

Where do you live, I have a buddy in Metarie that will do custom stuff, and knows Kicker products very well.

Slidell. But until my tax check comes in everything is on hold. Not tom mention that wife wants some new things fro herself so not sure just how much play money I will get.
