Keyless remote programmer

My 04 1500 was originally equipped with a keyless remote door lock/unlock fob but they were not given to me when I bought it. So I went on Amazon and bought this ; https://www.amazon.com/Dorman-99164...try+Remote&qid=1558916248&s=automotive&sr=1-3
and would like to report it works as advertised. Beats paying a dealer $150 to do it. Also the shipping said up to two weeks but it arrived in about 4 days.

If you get a second remote, you need to program them both at once. If you do one and then do the other later, the first won't work.

My truck (purchased used) didn't come with the fob so I did like you and ordered a couple off ebay with the programmer. It was simple programming (actually the wife did it) and they work great. Mine was a few pesos less than the Zones and came with 2 fobs.
