Laramie grille replacement

Anyone replaced the laramie chrome grille with an aftermarket grille? How did it turn out? Any pics?

You hate chrome and you bought a Laramie? You've definitely got your work cut out for you. Maybe someone on here will trade with you. Just remember chrome is a hell of a lot easier to take care of than paint. Good luck!

Those chrome Laramie grills are the worst! eBay and find a painted grill.

IF you feel like slinging the paint yourself, Rock Auto has a decent selection of grilles at decent prices.

Yes all the grilles are interchangeable 1500 wise( not sure about the 2500 and larger trucks) the only stipulation is that it’s 2013 and up as the grille was slightly different 2009-12. Here’s a black grille off of eBay that is probably what you’re looking for:

I have a 2018 painted grille on my truck like the one pictured above (except mine is in silver). It is in perfect condition. I much prefer the chrome. Maybe we can make a swap. PM me if interested.
