So today I got my LED Dash lights in the mail. I pulled out my gauge cluster, unplugged it and installed the LEDs. They are white leds because I want the light blue hue. I installed them just the way the old ones came out, then I plugged it in and none of the LEDS would work. I put them on my 12v psu and all of them worked. I tried changing the polarities by switching contact sides and they still don't work. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm not an expert, just relaying what I did in a similar situation. I replaced my gauge cluster lights with blue LEDs and some of them didn't work. I noticed they fit real sloppy in the holes so I carefully bent the metal wings if you will to tighten them up some. They all work now. I just used needle nosed pliers and I had a flat bladed screw driver on hand if I bent them too far. Again just be careful.
