looks like more than just a level kit. Maybe a body lift also

How can I look and see if it's had a body kit or leveling kit?

Get underneath it, look for spacers on top of the struts and if there is a body lift there will be spacers on top of the body mounts as well.

My 2005 looks a simlar to that in height, but my back end is up a bit more. Everything on my truck is still stock though. I would say you back end is a little low, compared to stock.

What size tire can you run on yours without scrubing?

Right now I have 20" wheels and around a 275/55x20 tire is currently what I have on with no issues at all.
