What size are the factory lift blocks on an 03 ram 1500 quad cab 4x4?

Sorry, No Lift Blocks for 02-05. Just the 3 plus One Leafs bolted to the diff housing and sitting on a bottom plate welded to the housing and secured at the top by the U-Bolts a top plate and a center Pin style bolt used to align it all.

Pics of HD springs (4 plus One Leafs) which give 1 1/2 to 2 inch of lift.

Mine has been lowered and I was wondering how they did it. I only have 3 leafs total on my truck. Can this be why it sits so low? Thanks for replying!
