Lift, wheels and tires change avg MPG?

Oh I forgot to post an update... I checked the speeds in increments of 10 mph. The gps is approx 1.5 mph slower than the speedometer reads until I get to about 60 mph. Then the gps is about 2.5 to 3 mph slower than the speedometer. Once the tires wear down the rotation will be faster theoretically, so I'm going to try and reprogram the cpu to 36" tires (instead of the 35" that is on the truck) to see if the accuracy improves. I'm really happy with where it is though. Even police radar is calibrated to + or - 5mph accuracy.
