Ok guys so here she is with the 3" body lift and 2500 oem style fender flares installed. I broke down and had the body lift installed at a shop for around $500. My buddy was busy with work, so was I and alot of stuff going on so we could never get around to having a day off together to install it. I did install the fender flares myself and that was pretty simple. The truck now sits at 42.5" front/44" rear, stock was 36" front/39.5" rear/. Clears everything just fine now, the 35's have plenty of breathing room now hahaha!! Just need to have my exhaust tips adjusted now(as seen in picture)and while im at it install a 14" magnaflow. Im beyond happy with the truck now and I love the way she sits now! :naughty:................Let me know what you all think??!!

Dude - I want so much to rave about how awesome your truck looks, but with the luck you've been having lately I'm afraid I might jinx you and your wheels will fall off or something...

but it's hard to not say GREAT LOOK!!!

Wondering about the gap between the tailpipes and bumper tho... could that be reduced any? Would you even want to?

He mentioned he'll be adjusting them. Looks kinda funny like that though lol

Thanks guys! Sorry for the crappy cell pics, once shes complete Im going to put her in a real photo shoot haha.

The 2500 style flares are just shorter in the front.

As far as the pipes, Im going to try and see if I can just have new shorter brackets welded on. The stock brackets are kind of long if you get under there and look at them. It bothers me enough to fix it lol, so If that doesnt work Ill have new pipes bent to raise up the tips. Just a few inches to tuck them back towards the cutouts in the bumper.

Looks good!
Also, just a tip. There are a couple of dealerships that sell OEM flares on EBay. Aparantly they sell a lot of lifted trucks, replace the OEM flares with aftermarket ones and then sell the stock ones on EBay. I had to wait a couple months but they finally listed a set in my color (white). I though $269 for a set of painted flares was a pretty good deal!

With the body lift, did you have to extend brake lines or anything besides exhaust?

Thanks guys and gals..I love it! Yeah I got the flares off ebay already painted for $250..sweet deal! As for the body lift, it came with steering extension and the brake lines didnt need to be adjusted. Just the exhaust..they told me it was an easy install!

Damn bro! Everything just came together perfectly.
Perfect combo

Plus $500 is pretty good considering all the work that has to be done.
