Hey guys, i've been lurking and searching this for a while now but cant seem to find anybody with a clear cut answer. I would like to get a 6'' lift for my 2010 1500 TRX4 Off road 4wd. Seems the could be some kind of issue with axel angle and the 4wd system, witch would give me some kind of shaking or wobble in the steering. Could somebody with experience set me straight. thx guys!

Generally only a leveling spacer of 2.5" or more will start to cause vibrations and bad angles, a 6" lift has all the proper drop brackets to correct all the angles

It depends on how all the lift is achieved. In your case the TRX4 model has a slightly longer coil over assembly which raises the truck 0.7" higher than if it had the normal coil over assembly, so adding a spacer that would give you 2.5" of lift (assuming that is how part of the 6" is achieved) could cause premature CV failure. If it just offsets the control arms, and has a spacer to make up the difference then you would be fine. I run a 2" lift spacer on mine (TRX4 model) with no problems, but I wouldn't want to try the 2.5" version since I did blow an axle once...
