Light out messages after gauge upgrade

I am getting a parking lamp out and passenger side brake light out message, but all lights are working. I just upgraded the gauges to the 7" and the messages just started after the swap. I did a little search on here and came up with the swap may be the cause, but did not see the fix.

I have both Jscan and AlfaOBD. Alfa isn't mine but I have access to it, Jscan I have on my phone. All lights have been replaced with LED lights and using Jscan I have programmed in that they are LED. I have the third brake light disconnected because I have a bed shell on and it was reflecting in the window bad. Do I need to adjust the voltages for the lights?

Thinking I missed a setting or need to change a setting, which I have played around with, but I can't seem to find the right one to update.

I would start by reconnecting the third brake light to eliminate it as a possibility. Easy and free. If that doesn't solve it, I would begin going back over the settings you've played around with. That may be more of a challenge.

The only setting that I needed to change when installing the new gauges was the mileage and hours. That’s the only difference from new to old gauges and I did not have any bulb out messages.

I have tried messing with the LED settings now, turning them all on/off, but can’t get the parking and passenger light messages to clear.

So I got the warning for the turn signals to shut off by deactivating the diagnosis with Jscan. The brake light message is stored, but it doesn't come on every time I press the brake pedal. I have all the LED lights as Active and all the diagnostics or DTCs as deactivated.

Well, back to not working right. If I have the turn signals on for a while, it will show turn signal out, and the parking and brake light messages come on every time I start the truck
