It was a change made in 2016, if I recall correctly. They changed the entire top part of the center console in front of the center storage. At first glance, it looks similar or the same, but take a closer look, and the cupholders are better, the storage bin is a bit different dimensionally and has a phone holder (instead of that business card or tiny phone holder from before). Lower to middle trims didn't have the cover, I believe Laramie and up trims got a cover that matched their interior trim/colors.
I got one that matched my 2014 Longhorn interior from the For Sale section here. It takes a little bit of work to get these to fit in the 2013-2015 consoles, but I love mine far better than the original.

I rather sell as a set that's why the listing is the way that it is. I would consider splitting if the set doesn't sell but again I prefer to keep together.
