I have an oil change package and they are a top notch organization!
I WAS using Huntington Beach for my 17 WhytRam I bought from them, never really a problem just farther away so have and will use OC

Since then I've gone to OC Chrysler for everything, and in general I think they're a very good dealer. Actually is much closer to me as well.

Wow!! Only real issue I had with HB was my tow/haul and park sensors quit working and it took them 3.5 weeks to find a shorted connector under the dash! I had a loaner so wasnt stranded, but still took a stupid long time!!

Window etching scam??

The window etching scam has been going on for decades. They claim that if they etch a number on your windows, and there's also a sticker on the doors and tailgates excetera that supposedly does not come off, that will deter theft and you might even get a discount on your auto insurance. I didn't even know they were still doing that scam now.

They made me wait 3 hours to finish up the contract (was very busy) and by the time I got to the contract they flipped through the pages on a screen on the desk and he just said sign here to acknowledge you have an anti-theft plan, and I was so tired I just signed it and didn't realize what it was. After I got home I read the contract and saw it was that ridiculous window etching scam and they charged me 600 bucks! I raised hell with them and they did refund it.
