What all goes into installing long tubes with a cat back exhaust? Is it something I can do myself in the driveway or do I need a shop to do it?

I would recommend a shop. If you have broken manifold bolts you could spend your day just fixing those

My truck is only 10 months old and don’t have any broken ones, so I’m not worried about manifold bolts.

I’m not so much worried about what I stall entails, but what all I need to order. As of right now I have LT’s, high flow cats, y pipe, and cat back. I think that’s it, but just want to make sure. Also I know I will need to tune, but what tuner and tune should I get?

I'd recommend a Diablo tuner with a Hemifever custom tune.

I recommend Remflex gaskets. I personally went with Stage 8 fasteners, but I did not use the locking clips. The dipstick and its 10mm bolt are fun to deal with. I pussed out, I had 2 busted mani bolts and said screw it, gave it to a shop and they did a great job. You are gonna love the results. Whose LTs? I went ARH.

I’m looking at JBA, but have been looking into others

ARH makes a complete setup from primaries to Y to mid to dual exhaust. If I were starting over, I would have gone that route. But I already had a cat-back Magnaflow exhaust before I did the LTs.
