looking for a Dodge ram 1500 2x4 lift kit Help!!!

Hey guys I have a 2005 Dodge ram 1500 2x4 ST 3.7L 6speed manuel
I want to but a 3 inch lift on it and a leveling kit but I am having a hell of a time finding anything for this model does any one have any suggestions?

I did find Rough country 366N 3 inch suspension lift on ebay for $324 plus $40 shipping. Still no leveling kit to fit---

Rough Country 3" coil lift is essentially a level kit since you only need to lift the front 3" to level.
