I’ve got a 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie 4WD Crew Cab (plan on replacing the truck in 3-5 years), and my driver front tan leather seats are starting to go—cracking on the surface and the seat bottoms are sagging a bit. These are the heated/cooled seats, , so replacement options get a little trickier. So I’m trying to figure out the best way to rebuild them without losing the factory features.

Has anyone found replacement seat covers that include both the leather and the foam cushions? Or what routes have you guys taken to freshen up worn Laramie seats—new skins, new foam, upholstery shop, or full seat‑bottom replacements?
I picked up a seat bottom for my 2012, just haven't got roundtoit yet, it has been on the shelf for about 5 years. Some day, I'm going to write a book on procrastination!

With the cracking leather, some say that is just a "characteristic" of leather because of the finish. Some folks say give them plenty of leather treatment.
I don't know if any manufacturer has an answer for it.

I just ordered and should add, it will take 5-9 weeks for delivery. Another great sign! Another update. I got an email from them and they want pictures of my seats. OP, I never say 100%, but seems like this may be a great deal for some quality covers. Might be worth further investigating via a new post inquiring about this company's product from members that have them. One member feedback and a website investigation was enough comfort for me to play guinea pig for the price.
