Low idle speed

My 2012 Ram 4.7 idle lowered to 500 rpm but it still idles smootly. How do I raise the idle back to 650rpm

How many miles are on it? If it has a **** ton of miles on it and you've never cleaned the throttle body that could be a major part of your problem. I highly recommend removing it to clean it that way you can clean the back of it. Use throttle body cleaner and be careful with the sensors.
