Low Voltage readings on 02 and tps

When ever it rains out my truck starts running bad. It idlesow in park then in drive it jumps up. When driving it struggled to shift. Really stretches out the gears shifting at 3000. I’ve replaced all 02 sensors. The throttle position sensor twice and the plug for the tps. I can’t figure it out. On nice dry days it drives great. Soon as there’s. Little moisture in the air it goes hay wire. When it’s reAl bad it will try to take off on me without hitting throttle foot on the brake. Open to any suggestions. ThNks guys
