I’d like to lower the rear level with the front. Is that a big job?I thought about it but I don’t want to have to align it again. I rub fender liner on really hard compression too

Thanksnot at all! you can do it pretty easily with the stock coils. or you can order some drop coils for the rear, they make a 2" drop coil.
i've had two fourth gen rams, and this current one is the first that i've run a drop kit on. I've cut the rear coils on both trucks pretty much immediately when i got them. i had 840 miles on the truck when i pulled the rear coils to trim about 2 coils off. it's safe to do, i've never had an issue. if you want to be safe/keep your stock 100%, then order some 2" drop coils. you should be able to swap them out in around 45 min either way, its a very easy job.
