MAX CARE 5 year 100,000 mile

2017 Dodge Ram 3500 Tradesman 6.7 Diesel

I am being quoted $2620.00 for a 5 year 100,000 mile MAX CARE warranty. I intend on keeping the vehicle for 7-10 years. This warranty has a $100.00 deductible.

Is there a recommended place to call to purchase this warranty other than directly into the "call center". Often times, a dealer may sell this a little cheaper ??

Is the warranty worth it if you intend to keep the vehicle.?

He gave me the best price on a max care lifetime for my 16 ram, worth a shot. $2430 w/$100 ded for max care lifetime with a Ram 1500 hemi though. I do not know if the 3500 diesel is differently priced. He will quote you any warranty you want and be cheaper than any I have seen.

This may be a stupid question, if so I apologize but never considered extended warranties on previous vehicles. Can you purchase extended warranty after the factory has ran out? Have a 2014 Ram 2500 Cummins with 43k.

That's the quote Clay gave me just the other day, if I want to go out to 125k it's $1975

I think as long as you are under 48 months and 48K miles you can get an extended warranty.

I looked at them before I boiught my 1500 ecodiesel, they were in fact a couple hundred cheaper, I went with the dealer only because I financed it with the truck so ended up being a few bucks a month. Mine was 8yrs 75000 miles for like $2200, would have been 19 something on their website
