I wanted to post in here about these mats that I just received. Really debated between Edgeliner, Weathertech, or the Husky mats. Never had either of the latter, so I can't speak on them directly. Sorry for the dirty truck - just another reason I needed mats!

These mats fit 95% perfect, with the exception of the drivers side, rear (towards the seat). Passenger side was spot on. Drivers side, its like the mat needs to slide back another inch - but the anchors on the floor won't allow for it.

I like how high they go in the side panels, and onto the "threshold" of the doorsill. Also great coverage up under the dash for both sides.

The selling point for me, was the DEPTH of the mats. I'm not talking about the mat having sides to it. I'm physically talking that the ridges themselves have some depth. This is a must have in my opinion. No more wet pants legs in the winter. The water and slush melts down INTO the mat, so your shoes and pants are not sitting in a bucket of water the entire time you're driving.

These are more of a rubber, flexible texture - unlike the plastic feel I have read about the Weathertech liners having (again, never owned them myself). I liked them enough, I wish I would have gotten the rear set at the same time (They are on order as I type this). I fully expect they will be pliable enough to access the in floor storage. I will add to this when I receive the rear mat next week sometime (single, over the hump style mat)

Hope anyone interested enjoys the review - it was a little picture happy, but its better than the usual "I Likey" threads that usually pop up.

Here are a few pictures of the stocks for comparison (2014 2500 CC):

Here are a few pictures of the new mats:

Packaged very well with "bubble paper" separating everything:

Here is a picture of the bottom - nice surface, not worried about mats moving at all, if they ever came unclipped for any reason:

Here is what I think is the main selling point - the depth of the mat

Now for the fitment - Passenger Side:

As you can see, everything fits perfectly with all the contours of the floor. Couldn't have asked for better fitment if you ask me.

Drivers Side:
This first picture, you can see there is a good inch (?) between the mat and the seat. Not sure why the passenger side fit so well compared to this, but this appears to be the only fitment issue I came across

Not bad, those are some deep ridges. I like the look almost as much as the wade sure fits.

Damn and I thought Weathertechs were expensive. They look like high quality mats though...

I had similar mats in my Jeep. While they nice in theory, those flat surfaces with very little grip just caused my boots to slide around. Annoying while driving and your heels keeps sliding all over the place. Plus, Jeep being lifted, I like to throw my right foot in and lift my body up. Hard to do when the foot is sliding all over.

I took them out and roughed them up with 80 grit sand paper which helped a bit. Ultimately wound up getting Tread Lightly mats that work much better.

YMMV, and maybe these Michelin mats have a more "sticky" surface.

I do see your point there. The mats indeed can be slippery at times. Generally not a problem unless I've got some snow/slush stuck to the bottom of my boots. I've got side steps, so the move to get in the truck is more of a lateral move, not quite the scenario with your Jeep. Its amazing how many brands people are recommending in this thread. I haven't heard of a single one before today. Good to get the info out there - hopefully this can help someone down the road with their decision too. I've googled a few of these brands and some look promising as well.

Those mats look as good as the weathertechs and huskys I own. Are they made in USA?

I'm a bit sketchy, because I was not able to find anything online about where they are made - if it was in the US, it would be plastered all over every site you look at.

But, I did find this when checking "Chattanooga, Tennessee offers excellent infrastructure, a competent workforce and a strategic location that allows us to be the envy of our competition offering products made in the U.S.A," said Tim Parkes, Chairman and CEO of Remington Industries"

It sounds like Remington Industries is a Made in the USA products company, and they made the mats for Michelin (other generic Michelin mats state MIA) - so I'm unsure. I'll check the box and paperwork when I get home later tonight for a definitive answer.
