Misfiring and can’t seem to find the problem on 4.7

Just redid the timing on the cam gear and now she runs like a dream im happy that it’s running correctly now.

I have a 2010 Ram 4.7 with 2,4,6,8 misfire when the truck goes in gear. Right side goes dead all power is there on injectors and coils.
